Donation to the Institute

The Scholastic Chess Institute is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that is committed to using chess as a tool to enhance academic success and foster personal growth in our youths.  In addition to providing an excellent environment to enjoy tournaments and casual games, we also offer chess improvement classes, beginner to advanced lessons, special lectures, and summer camps.

Through chess, we foster core values of leadership, confidence, creativity, patience, discipline, integrity and respect.  Our goal is to make all of our activities and events available to children of all ages, and affordable to families of all socioeconomic backgrounds.
